PHDream3 Terms and Conditions

1Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply when you use phdream3:

• "Platform" refers to the phdream3 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at phdream3.net.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account on phdream3 or is accessing the platform.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a player on phdream3 for the purpose of accessing betting and gaming services.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance held under your phdream3 account, denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱).
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any staking of funds on the outcome of a sporting event, casino game, or other event offered through phdream3.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by phdream3 to eligible players.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and verification process required by phdream3 under its licensing obligations.

2Eligibility

To register and use phdream3, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. phdream3 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately closed and all funds confiscated.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is legal for you to participate in. It is your responsibility to determine whether using phdream3 is lawful in your location.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, including phdream3's own exclusion list, at the time of registration or any subsequent use.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a phdream3 employee or contractor involved in operating the platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at any time phdream3 requests verification documents.

3Account Registration

Each person may only hold one active account on phdream3. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under the same name, different names, the same mobile number, different mobile numbers, or any combination of personal and device identifiers — are strictly prohibited.

When registering at phdream3, you agree to:

• Provide your real full name as it appears on your valid government-issued identification.
• Provide a valid Philippine mobile number that you personally own and control.
• Provide an email address that you actively use and have access to.
• Create a strong, unique password and keep it confidential at all times.

phdream3 reserves the right to reject any registration application or close any existing account where it believes the information provided is false, incomplete, or misleading. Any balance in a closed account due to false registration will be forfeited.

KYC Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, phdream3 will request KYC documentation. Acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's licence, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), or PhilSys National ID. Proof of address such as a recent utility bill may also be requested. phdream3 will process KYC submissions within five business days.

4Account Security

Your phdream3 account is your personal responsibility. You must not share your login credentials — username, password, or one-time passwords — with any other person under any circumstances. phdream3 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone.

All bets and transactions completed using your phdream3 login credentials will be treated as authorised by you, regardless of whether another person accessed your account. phdream3 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to your own failure to maintain login security.

If you suspect that your phdream3 account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact phdream3 support immediately via live chat or at support@phdream3.net so that your account can be frozen while the matter is investigated.

5Deposits

phdream3 accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos through the following local payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your phdream3 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases involving bank transfers, processing may take up to one business day.
• phdream3 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and will be investigated as potential fraud.
• phdream3 reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits and to request documentation verifying the source of funds for deposits above certain thresholds.

6Withdrawals

You may withdraw your available phdream3 wallet balance at any time, subject to the conditions below:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• All withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit where possible.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within one hour during business hours (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM PHT).
• Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet may take up to one business day depending on receiving bank processing times.
• KYC verification must be completed before phdream3 can process any withdrawal. Do not wait until your first withdrawal request to begin this process — complete it as soon as your account is created to avoid delays.
• If a bonus has been credited to your account, the associated wagering requirements must be met before bonus-related funds can be withdrawn. Real-money funds that have not been used to meet wagering requirements may be withdrawn independently.

7Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on phdream3. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within each betting category.

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive a Bet ID from phdream3. Bets recorded without a Bet ID due to connectivity issues are considered void.
• The minimum bet across all sports markets on phdream3 is ₱50 per selection.
• Once a bet is confirmed by phdream3 and a Bet ID is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless a cash-out option is made available and accepted before the relevant event concludes.
• phdream3 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where odds were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error. In such cases, stakes are returned in full.
• For sports betting, results are based on the official result announced by the relevant governing body — PBA officials for PBA, the NBA for NBA, FIBA for international basketball, and so on. phdream3 uses these official sources exclusively.
• phdream3 uses decimal odds. Potential returns are displayed in your bet slip before confirmation so there are no surprises at settlement.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability. phdream3 may suspend live markets at any time due to network delays, critical game events, or risk management. Any bet submitted during a market suspension will be rejected and the stake returned.

8Bonuses & Promotions

phdream3 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• Each bonus offer specifies its own wagering requirement (also called rollover requirement). For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ₱500 bonus means you must place ₱5,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts will result in all accounts involved being suspended.
• phdream3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Offers already claimed and being actively wagered will not be retroactively cancelled within their stated validity period.
• Certain bet types — such as heavily parlayed bets, bets on both sides of the same market, or bets placed at odds below a specified minimum — may not count toward wagering requirements. The specific promotion terms will state these exclusions clearly.
• Bonuses expire if their wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity window. Expired bonus balances are removed from accounts automatically.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on phdream3 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the phdream3 platform without human involvement.
• Exploiting any software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches on phdream3 to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploits will be reversed.
• Coordinating bets with other players to guarantee profits across multiple accounts — commonly called "match betting" or "arbitrage abuse" in ways that violate platform rules.
• Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent bank accounts, or funds obtained through illegal means to deposit on phdream3.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent account verification process.
• Accessing phdream3 from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited, using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your actual location.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phdream3 staff or other players through any communication channel.

10Responsible Gaming

phdream3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a financial strategy, a way to recover losses, or something that causes stress in your personal or family life.

phdream3 provides the following tools that any player can activate at any time by contacting support or accessing account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts for your phdream3 account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set reminders that alert you after a specified period of continuous play on phdream3.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a set number of days — 3, 7, 14, or 30 days. During this period, you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from phdream3. This is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months. After the exclusion period ends, reactivation requires a manual application and additional verification.

11Intellectual Property

All content on phdream3 — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, design, software, text, graphics, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of phdream3 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phdream3 content without prior written permission.

Unauthorised use of the phdream3 brand, logo, or platform content for commercial purposes, impersonation, or any deceptive purpose is a violation of these terms and applicable intellectual property laws.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phdream3 is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, revenue, or opportunity arising from your use of the platform.
• Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or system outages that result in a bet not being accepted, confirmed, or settled in the manner you expected — provided phdream3 acted in good faith.
• Any damage to your device, data, or personal information resulting from your use of phdream3, provided the platform has implemented industry-standard security measures.
• Loss arising from inaccurate information you provided during registration or KYC that affected account status or payouts.

Nothing in these terms limits phdream3's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.

13Termination and Account Closure

Either you or phdream3 may close an account at any time. If you wish to close your account, contact support via live chat or email. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures.

phdream3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in cases of:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Regulatory requirements that necessitate account closure.

Where an account is closed by phdream3 due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. phdream3 will communicate the outcome of such investigations within 30 days where permitted by law.

14Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of phdream3 that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.

Before initiating any formal legal process, phdream3 encourages players to contact the support team and provide all relevant information. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly on phdream3, submit a dispute via the support channel within 30 days of the settlement date. Disputes submitted after this window may not be accepted unless exceptional circumstances apply.
