6Third-Party Data Sharing

phdream3 does not sell your personal data. We share it only with the following categories of trusted third parties and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:

• Payment processors: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and card networks receive the transaction data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals. These providers operate their own privacy policies.
• KYC and identity verification partners: Third-party services used to verify your identity and age as required by licensing conditions. These partners receive only the documents necessary for verification and are bound by strict confidentiality agreements with phdream3.

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your active account plus five years after account closure, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations and AML law.
• Transaction and bet records: Retained for five years following each transaction, as required by PAGCOR licensing conditions and AML obligations.
• KYC documents: Retained for five years after account closure or the last transaction, whichever is later.
• Support communications: Retained for three years from the date of the communication.
• Technical and usage data: Retained for up to 24 months in anonymised or pseudonymised form for platform improvement purposes.

After the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised so it can no longer be associated with you as an individual.

9Data Security

phdream3 implements a combination of technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction:

• All data transmitted between your browser or app and phdream3 servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security) — the same protocol used by Philippine banks for online banking.
• Sensitive data at rest — including payment method details and identity documents — is encrypted using AES-256 encryption.
• Access to personal data within phdream3 is restricted to personnel who need it to perform their specific role. All staff with data access undergo regular privacy and security training.

• Full card numbers are never stored by phdream3. Card transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment partners.

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk to affected players, phdream3 will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected individuals within the timeframes required by the Data Privacy Act.

10Your Privacy Rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by phdream3:

11Children's Privacy

phdream3 is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. The platform does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 21 years of age. If phdream3 discovers that an account has been created by a person under the minimum age, the account will be immediately closed and all funds returned or forfeited in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

If you believe a minor has accessed phdream3 or created an account, please report this to support@phdream3.net immediately so the matter can be investigated and resolved.

12Cross-Border Data Transfers

phdream3 operates primarily within the Philippines, but some of our trusted service providers — including cloud infrastructure and security monitoring partners — may process data in data centres located outside the Philippines. When such transfers occur, phdream3 ensures they are subject to appropriate safeguards, including contractual clauses that require the receiving party to protect your data to a standard equivalent to the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

phdream3 does not transfer your data to jurisdictions that do not provide adequate data protection without implementing these contractual protections. Details of specific cross-border transfers are available upon request by contacting our Data Protection Officer.

13Changes to This Privacy Policy

phdream3 may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our data practices, legal requirements, or platform features. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on their phdream3 account at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
